Where can I place an order?
Calvinprice.net is our order site. It features over 38,000 business products, where you can make an account and order directly. You can also contact us directly for quotes or if you have any questions.

What is an "My List"?
The "My List" feature is a tool to assist you in placing orders with Calvin Price Group. It is NOT a shopping feature. It was developed to help you create an organized list of desired products that you can then fax: 240.428.6006 or email: myorder@calvinprice.net to Calvin Price Group. This can be a real time-saver when you're browsing the site and come across a product you might like to order.

Can I open a business or government account?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
95% of all orders are NEXT Day delivery!! Our free Standard Shipping will deliver your order in 1-2 business days if you live in the Lower 48 States. Please check with your customer service representative to schedule furniture deliveries, if needed.

What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love everything you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. You CANNOT return personalized items, special order items, food or beverage and Open-Box items; or unless determined it’s our fault. Refunds will go back on the credit card used at the time of purchase within 10 business days after we receive the return. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you an email. If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for a Calvin Price Group credit.

How do I make a return?
Returning Furniture and Equipment: Call us at 240.766.8059 for more information.
Returning Anything Else: Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more interested in alternative items (i.e. size, color, and change of mind). UPS labels can only be used for returns from the lower 48 states. Or call office to schedule a pick-up by Calvin Price Group.

Are there Brick and Mortar Calvin Price Stores?
Although we don’t have our own stores, we have warehouses in located nationwide.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is coming soon. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet but we're working on it.
