Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love everything you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. You CANNOT return personalized items, special order items, food or beverage and Open-Box items; or unless determined it’s our fault. Refunds will go back on the credit card used at the time of purchase within 10 business days after we receive the return. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you an email. If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for a Calvin Price Group credit.

Returning Anything Else:
Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more interested in alternative items (i.e. size, color, and change of mind). UPS labels can only be used for returns from the lower 48 states. Or call office to schedule a pick-up by Calvin Price Group is.

How do I return defective products?
We guarantee all merchandise for 30 days after you receive it. If there are any problems with your products, we will promptly refund you in full for any defective merchandise.
